Driving and Accelerating Maritime Decarbonization: The DE-CARB-MAR Project

The Deliberative Engagement and Collaborative Action for Maritime Decarbonization and Reform (DE-CARB-MAR) project is a multi-stakeholder Delphi study designed to strengthen maritime emission forecasting by building consensus and refining assumptions on future fuels and technologies through anonymous, iterative expert feedback. By enhancing the evidence base and stakeholder buy-in, the study supports the development of robust, future-proof policies that enable a sustainable, low-carbon, and environmentally responsible maritime sector.
